This pretty party dress is constructed of black cotton poplin, bright contrasting white eyelet embroidery, with a solid black layer beneath. Frilly full skirt is perfect for twirling! The bodice features light padding, structured boning along the sides, banded empire waist, and adjustable straps that are also removable. Back zipper has a hook and eye closure on top.

This dress fits a little small on top, and the cotton fabric does not stretch, the elastic trimmed back stretches approximately 2 inches.
