This pretty party dress is beautifully constructed of red cotton poplin, bright contrasting white eyelet embroidery, with a solid red layer beneath. Frilly full skirt is perfect for twirling! This dress fits a little small on top, and the cotton fabric does not stretch, the elastic trimmed back stretches approximately 2 inches.
